The BCM Trolleys for ink is designed for safe and ergonomic transport of ink buckets from storage to production. Each trolley can be tailored to match specific die sizes and workflows. It can also be configured to carry flexo stereos/printing plates, ink buckets, or additional tooling, helping operators move equipment efficiently with minimal manual effort.
The BCM Ink trolley is a robust and user-friendly transport solution designed for safe and ergonomic movement of ink buckets between storage and production. Built from lightweight and durable uni-profiles, it ensures stability, cleanliness, and minimal maintenance in busy production environments.
This trolley is ideal for plants looking to streamline die handling, reduce manual lifting, and enhance daily workflows. Its large rubber wheels with front-mounted brakes provide smooth mobility and secure positioning during loading and unloading.
Two standard configurations are available:
• Multi ink trolley – stores up to 15 buckets.
• Easy ink trolley – stores up to 6 buckets.
Customized trolleys are available. The trolleys are supplied unassembled but can be assembled at an additional cost.
