Safe and efficient transport of rotary dies between storage and production.
The bcm trolley for rotary die is constructed to ensure a safe and efficient transport of the dies between the storage and the converting lines in the production. They can be designed to fit the customer’s requirements and built to contain cutting dies, flexo stereos/printing plates and ink buckets so the operator can reduce the transportation time between storage and production. Specifically, the operator has easy access to all the tools so that the trolleys can be efficiently loaded and unloaded.

Product description
The rotary die trolley offers ease of operation and mobility thanks to its robust yet lightweight uni-profile construction. It consolidates your entire production set of rotary dies into a single unit for safe, straightforward, and efficient handling. Equipped with large rubber wheels and front-mounted brakes, the trolley ensures stable and secure operation. Additionally, uni-profiles require no maintenance and are easy to keep clean.
To bring the rotary dies closest to the machine, the trolley is equipped with end drawers that can be pulled out.
Two versions of the trolley are available: one designed for single dies, capable of storing up to 4 dies, and another for double dies, accommodating 3 sets.
The rotary die trolleys with standard shelves can accommodate rotary dies with inside diameters ranging from 177 to 487 mm.
Please note that the trolleys are supplied disassembled, but assembly services are available for an additional cost.
