The BCM PrimeRack PX, M-type is a highly customizable manual storage for printing plates (P) / flexo stereos (X), featuring manual handling setup (M).
Designed for flexibility, it uses mounted stereo profiles that allow the system to accommodate 8, 12, 15, 18, or 21 printing plates or flexo stereos. As a result, operators gain a compact and adaptable storage solution that fits both small and high‑turnover production environments.
The BCM PrimeRack PX, M‑type is a manual storage system built specifically for printing plates/flexo stereos. Designed for compact placement near the production area, it keeps frequently used tools within easy reach. The rack system features a robust and customizable design, available in single‑ or double‑level configurations. As a result, it can hold 8, 12, 15, 18, or 21 naturally hanging and well‑protected printing plates or flexo stereos.
choosing the right stereo profile depends on the amount of spacing needed between each flexo stereo. This decision is influenced by the stereo’s backing, operator comfort, and the desired storage capacity.
For greater flexibility, you can order stereo profiles in aluminum or with a smooth, easy‑slide surface. Additionally, the profiles can be cut to make it easier for operators to attach each printing plate or flexo stereo.
When paired with BCM transport trolleys, the system becomes even more efficient. Operators can manually slide printing plates or flexo stereos onto the trolleys with minimal effort, ensuring safe, smooth, and streamlined movement between storage and production.
