PrimeRack PX, M-type, 2-level

The BCM PrimeRack PX, M‑type is a two‑level manual storage system built for efficient organization of printing plates / flexo stereos. Designed for compact placement near the production area, it keeps frequently used plates close at hand and easy to access. The rack features a robust, highly customizable single‑ or double‑level rack system with mounted stereo profiles. As a result, it can hold 8, 12, 15, 18, or 21 naturally hanging and well‑protected printing plates or flexo stereos.

Versatile and space-efficient with tailored stereo profiles

To ensure optimal spacing, the type of stereo profile you choose depends on how much room you need between each flexo stereo. The ideal setup also depends on the plate backing, operator comfort, and desired storage capacity.

For added flexibility, stereo profiles are available in aluminum or with a smooth, easy‑slide surface. Additionally, they can be cut to create easier access when attaching printing plates or flexo stereos to the profile.

When combined with BCM transport trolleys, the PrimeRack PX becomes even more efficient. Operators can manually slide printing plates or flexo stereos directly onto the trolleys, ensuring safe, smooth, and efficient transport between storage and production.
