Double Rotary Die Trolley with drawers

The BCM Double Rotary Die Trolley with drawers is a robust and user-friendly transport solution designed for safe and ergonomic movement of rotary dies between storage and production. The two lower levels feature pull-out drawers, allowing secure and efficient access to the rotary dies—ideal for use with a Mobilator or during manual handling, while reducing the need for awkward or heavy lifting.

Built from lightweight and durable uni-profiles, the trolley ensures stability, cleanliness, and minimal maintenance in busy production environments. This model is ideal for plants looking to streamline die handling, reduce manual lifting, and enhance daily workflows. Its large rubber wheels with front-mounted brakes provide smooth mobility and secure positioning during loading and unloading.

Two standard configurations are available:
• Single-die version – stores up to four rotary dies
• Double-die version – stores three sets of rotary dies

The trolley accommodates rotary dies with an internal diameter of 177–487 mm and can be adapted to match specific die dimensions upon request. Supplied unassembled with optional on-site assembly available.

Customized trolleys are available. The trolleys are supplied unassembled but can be assembled at an additional cost.
