Rotary Die Trolley with end-drawer

The BCM rotary die trolley with end drawers is a specialized solution designed for applications where access from the end of the trolley is preferred over traditional side drawers. This unique configuration provides full drawer extension from the trolley’s end, allowing improved access to all die levels—ideal when using a Mobilator or during manual handling.

The end-drawer design offers full visibility and accessibility to every die, reducing the need for awkward lifting and improving overall operator safety. Built from lightweight yet robust uni-profiles, the trolley is engineered for stability, low maintenance, and long-term performance in busy production environments. Large rubber wheels with front-mounted brakes ensure smooth maneuverability and safe positioning during die loading and unloading.

Two standard configurations are available:

• Single-die version – stores up to four rotary dies with end-access drawers on all four levels
• Double-die version – stores three sets of rotary dies with end-access drawers on each level

The trolley supports rotary dies with an internal diameter of 177–487 mm and can be tailored to specific die dimensions if required. Delivered unassembled, with optional on-site assembly available.
