The BCM B1621 cassette is the most sold cassette in the corrugated industry and its popularity is easy to understand. It provides customers with an efficient, well‑organized storage solution that supports a wide variety of flatbed die configurations.
The cassette is available in our standard dimensions, but customized dimensions are of course available upon request. It is foldable and is incredibly easy to assemble.
When BCM Transtech entered the corrugated industry in 1996, our first innovation was the flatbed die cassette. After successful testing at a local corrugator plant, the solution quickly gained recognition, leading to BCM receiving the award for the second most innovative technology at the 1999 FEFCO Conference in Nice, France.
Since then, the original BCM-designed cassette has evolved into numerous variations (– and copied by many too). Despite this, the authentic BCM cassette remains a highly regarded and valuable solution for flatbed die storage worldwide.
Its foldable construction reduces transportation costs and optimizes shipping space, resulting in a lower environmental impact compared to non-foldable alternatives. The cassette is built from galvanized steel and features bottom cut-outs to allow water drainage in the event of sprinkler activation during a fire.
