The BCM Multipurpose Trolley is a robust and highly adaptable transport solution designed for ergonomic and efficient movement of multiple tooling types—including rotary dies, flatbed dies, printing plates/flexo stereos, and ink buckets—within a single setup. Built from lightweight and durable uni-profiles, the trolley ensures long-term stability, easy cleaning, and minimal maintenance in demanding production environments.

This flexible trolley is ideal for corrugated manufacturers seeking to consolidate tooling logistics, reduce manual handling, and streamline setup times. With its modular design, the trolley allows customized configuration to match specific production needs—whether handling a complete die setup or supporting mixed tooling types for one job.

Large rubber wheels with front-mounted brakes ensure safe maneuverability and stable positioning during loading and unloading processes.

Available configurations include:

• Standard versions for printing plates/flexo stereos with lengths from 2000 to 3200 mm and heights from 417 to 1700 mm.
• Combined setups for rotary or flatbed dies alongside printing plates and ink buckets.

The trolleys are delivered without profiles but are fully compatible with BCM’s modular profile systems, allowing customers to configure the layout as needed. Supplied unassembled, with optional on-site assembly available.
