Mobilator linear feed, R-type

By using the bcm Mobilator with Linear infeed, our customers have a fast and easy way to handle their rotary dies, making it possible for only one operator to handle all sizes of dies without any heavy lifting. At the same time the operator maintains personal safety during operation and handling with the dies and also without damaging the dies.

The bcm Mobilator Linear infeed needs the dies directly under the crane rail to load and unload the dies into the rotary die trolleys. The dies are attached to the bcm Mobilator handling-head and slide easily in the rail system.

The Mobilator is handled by a remote control and the dies can be handled by one hand.

The Linear infeed must be attached to the ceiling or with pillars/upright going to the floor.
