The BCM Flatbed Die Trolley is designed for safe and ergonomic transport of flatbed dies from storage to production. Each trolley can be tailored to match specific die sizes and workflows. This model is available in two versions, with space for either three or four casettes, depending on storage needs and floor layout.
The BCM Flatbed Die Trolley is a robust and user-friendly transport solution designed for safe and ergonomic movement of cassettes between storage and production.
Built from lightweight and durable uni-profiles, the trolley ensures long-lasting stability, easy cleaning, and minimal maintenance in demanding production environments. Its large rubber wheels with front-mounted brakes provide smooth mobility and secure positioning during loading and unloading.
The trolley is also flexible and can be configured to carry flexo stereos/printing plates, ink buckets, or additional tooling as needed—making it a practical choice for facilities looking to streamline workflows and reduce manual lifting.
Two models are available:
Flatbed die trolleys are delivered without cassettes but are fully compatible with BCM’s standard cassette system. Customized versions are available. Trolleys are supplied unassembled, with optional on-site assembly available.
