The BCM PrimeRack R1, MV‑type is a vertical manual storage system built specifically for rotary dies. Designed as a cost‑effective alternative to floor storage, it keeps your rotary dies upright, protected, and easy to access. The rack’s robust construction holds each die securely, ensuring safe handling while protecting the knives and rubber during storage.

Versatile and space-efficient rotary die storage

BCM’s vertical rotary die storage is easy to install. Customers typically use this system when they want a small number of rotary dies positioned next to a specific rotary die cutter in the production hall. Because of its capacity, the rack can store rotary dies up to 3000 mm in length.

For added convenience, each storage position includes a number sign, helping operators quickly locate the correct die. Furthermore, operators can use the trolley separator tool to create space between dies when transporting them from storage to production.

The structure is made primarily from galvanized steel—the same durable material used in all BCM storage systems. Depending on available space, the vertical rack can be built with one or two rows. The rotary dies hang securely in BCM’s single hooks for rotary dies.
