The BCM single rotary die trolley is designed for safe and ergonomic transport of rotary dies from storage to production. Each trolley can be tailored to match specific die sizes and workflows. It can also be configured to carry printing plates, ink buckets, or additional tooling, helping operators move equipment efficiently with minimal manual effort.

This trolley is ideal for plants looking to streamline die handling, reduce manual lifting, and enhance daily workflows. Its large rubber wheels with front-mounted brakes provide smooth mobility and secure positioning during loading and unloading.
Two standard configurations are available:
• Single-die version – stores up to four rotary dies
• Double-die version – stores three sets of rotary dies
The trolley accommodates rotary dies with an internal diameter of 177–487 mm and can be adapted to match specific die dimensions upon request. Supplied unassembled with optional on-site assembly available.
