Safety Back Stops

Adding back stops to your storage system physically blocks the dies from falling behind the rack. While the risk is minimal, the back stop feature eliminates this risk.

The back stops are suitable for both rotary die and flatbed die storages, and can be retrofitted to existing storage systems.

For rotary die storages the back stops are placed in an up-right position, on the back-side of every column. In this way it is impossible for any die to be pushed down and the risk of a falling die is eliminated. The uprights are positioned to accommodate the longest possible die in the rack/Column.

For flatbed die storages the back stops are placed horizontally behind each level of cassettes/flatbed dies. In this way it is impossible for any die or cassette to be pushed down and the risk of a falling die is eliminated. The safety bars are positioned to accommodate the longest possible die in the rack.

Alternatively, the Steel Sheet Cladding Covering Wall can fully enclose the back of the rack.
